I provide teaching and training on a wide variety of topics relating to women’s mental health, with a particular interest in opening discussions around how patriarchy impacts upon, and contributes to, mental health difficulties. Speaking Events, Press & Social Media

I respond to press enquiries and speak on range of topics in and around women’s mental health. I have a particular focus on how patriarchy affects women’s mental health and how change happens when women no longer adhere to the internalised patriarchal narratives that keep them stuck and instead start to uncover their true selves free from the narrow options set out for them by patriarchal norms.

Consultation.

Sometimes we don’t have a specific mental health problem that we are struggling with, but we still feel we might benefit from some space to untangle a specific problem over 1 or 2 sessions. If this sounds like you then a untangling session can be really helpful to moving forward with a very specific problem.
